Who: Civic Progress, Bad Blood.
St. Louis' Civic Progress, a four-piece hardcore punk band, and Bad Blood, a touring outfit from Brooklyn, New York, set up a generator-powered show along the Mississippi River late Monday night. I had been to this spot once before, late last summer, to see Warhammer 48K and right then it made the Top 10 list of most unlikely -- and best -- places to host a show once a year or so. When I heard about another quick get-together at this locale, I knew I had to bring a camera.
