An Under Cover Weekend Participants Announced

Tue Aug 19, 2008 at 05:22:22 PM

Let the games begin! The participants in this year's An Under Cover Weekend(s) extravaganza have been announced, although what bands each group involved is covering remains a mystery. The two-weekend event takes place at the Bluebird on September 5, 6, 12 and 13. Each night is 18+ and costs $10 at the door for those over 21, $13 for anyone under. Without further ado, here are the locals performing each night. Hazard your guesses in the comments. (Oh, and the '80s night is my unofficial birthday shindig; you've all been warned.)

again, the answer is clearly (a)

Jess says:

John Hardy and The Public as Bruce Springsteen? I hope not. That seems too easy for them, but just a guess. Maybe Elvis Costello.

Rob Steele as Run DMC?

Logos as Zeppelin?

The Feed as Miles Davis?

Hibernauts as Velvet Underground?

We'll see...
