Stephen Colbert had a little message for Sen. Claire McCaskill's mom, Betty, during the first segment of his show last night. "Now, Mama McCaskill, don't get mad at your daughter, everyone in Congress was twittering!"

Apparently Betty McC. was a little peeved at the senator's poor etiquette during President Obama's speech to Congress on Wednesday night. According to a tweet that the Senator fired off yesterday, "Ok ok. Mom's upset that I was rude at Pres. speech re:tweets. For the record, I tweeted bfor,at vry begining,& after speech.I wanted to listen"
