• My husband and I change from channel 2 to channel 4 because we liked Kent Ehrhardt when you demoted him we change back to channel 2 we thought 4 was loyal to their employee, like family, that's what made 4 a great station. Not Anymore!!!

• Hello, I recently came across this blog regarding former employee John Mills. Good luck to John but I believe on-air talent all have a season for reporting the news. Larry Conners... A statesman in the news industry, should retire his telepromter. His season is over and Vicki Newton is next in line to be head anchor.I would like to see Steve Sevar do more news reporting, like Mike Bush-News 5..and perhaps another African American sports anchor take his place. • Just saw Mrs. Kent Ehrhardt and mistakenly took her for the cleaning lady! With Kents avg looks he not so good in the relationship arena either; unless she makes him look better in comparison. Kent is so immature for his age and imitates everybody else's verbage and never can think of his own words to use. Why does everything have to be so funny? Steve Templeton has a higher intelligence factor and maturity level. Easy on the eyes also. No bitterness and a outstanding wife-we introduced ourselves to him at a family restaurant and Steve was incredibly sweet-natured and not 'put-on personality just for the camera'. Steve Templeton has an actual DEGREE in METEOROLOGY from a PRESTIGIOUS COLLEGE unlike Kent's communications degree (HAHA) from cheap SEMO. Kent Ehrhardt has a lot of growing up to do.

• it doesn't make sense to any of us that kent ehrhardt is no longer chief meteorologist. the weather isn't the same. i watch channel4 every morning and usually at 5 o'clock. please bring kent back. we all miss him.i don't like the changes channel 4 is making.

• My greatest memory of John Mills was in October 2000, when many of us gathered at the Carnahan farm in Rolla days after Governor Mel Carnahan died in the tragic plane crash (along with his eldest son Randy Carnahan and loyal aide Chris Sifford). Newly widowed Jean Carnahan held a news conference on her back porch to announce she would accept appointment to the Senate seat if Mel got elected posthumously (of course he did). John was intoning his standup with his back to the pasture in which the Carnahan's kept their beautifuly and Clydesdale sized Belgian draft horses. One of the males came up right behind John and proceeded to display his unfurling love muscle, while your correspondent chattered away and everyone viewing the scene, including Mrs. Carnahan, fell into convulsions. I don't think John ever knew how much that Belgian stud loved his work...best of luck to John, a good sport. And kind to animals.
