Bye-Bye Highway 40, Hello Highway Dirty

It's been a week since RFT uber-blogger Chad Garrison posted this photo of the dirt rut formerly known as Highway 40 (shot from the newly finished Boland Place overpass in Richmond Heights.) The shot looks directly east, toward Big Bend Boulevard.
As you can see from the photo below, not much has changed in the sandbox. We'll keep posting a photo each week or so, marking progress on the people's highway.
