Man "Doubles Down" in Fall From Busch Stadium Casino Deck

Have you heard this one already? A man Tuesday night fell 18 feet from the Casino Queen Party Porch at Busch Stadium sending both him and a woman seated below to the hospital.

The incident occurred around 10 p.m. Tuesday, just as the Cardinals were mounting a 6-4 come-from-behind victory over the New York Mets.

The man apparently was able to walk away after the fall. The woman he cannonballed was fitted with a neck brace prior to her trip to the hospital. The following view shows the likely trajectory of the man as he plummeted off the deck.

Here's hoping that both recover quickly and return to the ballpark or -- perhaps, better -- the Casino Queen. Seems to me both are fortunate to have survived the fall and the blackjack table might reward such luck.
