Media conglomerate Bonneville International Corporation took a bite out of its St. Louis lifestyle Web site ToastedRav.com this week, laying off four of the site's seven employees.

Those let go were Margo Hughes, Audrey Holaday, Mike Merenda and Melody Cissell Meiners. As you'd expect from web-savvy bloggers, news of the downsizing quickly turned into tweets.

ToastRav.com has been around for a little more than one year and is expected to debut a new site design tomorrow.

Locally, Bonneville also owns and operates radio stations WIL 92.3 FM, ESPN 101.1 FM and K-Hits 106.5 FM. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Bonneville is wholly owned by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and operates 29 radio stations in eight different markets, including Chicago, Seattle and Phoenix.
