Suburban Journals Laying Off Today?

An anonymous tipster tells me (briefly) that Lee Enterprises'/St. Louis Post-Dispatch's Suburban Journals is laying off its "creative department" today. (By my tally, the last pink-slipping, of 45 employees, occurred last fall.)
Supposedly the creative jobs are being "outsourced." Not sure how many people may be affected, or if the tipster means the jobs will go overseas or to a U.S. contractor.
Anybody have details?

YES THEY HAVE LET SOME EMPLOYEES GO, THE MOST UPSETTING IS THE POSITION OF TODD SMITH HE IS THE JOURNALIST WHO WAS SHOT IN THE KIRKWOOD SHOOTINGS TODD WENT WAY BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY FOR THIS COMPANY .

15 employees were laid off on April 15. 39 Journal employees were laid off in January, 45 employees were laid off in September and 42 employees were laid off last April.
