Cherokee Street in south city is hosting an all-day "open house" tomorrow from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Events include live music and residential tours.

If that's not your thing, you can always rally. On Sunday faith leaders from all creeds will gather downtown with their congregants to protest cuts in the state's 2010 budget.

Organizers claim that a budget bill passed out of the House of Representatives last week would strike $250 million in vital state services for Missourians. The rally gets underway at 2 p.m. at the Old Post Office. Like the Cherokee Street open house, it will also feature live music in the form of the Community Gospel Choir.
