State Rep. Brian Munzlinger (R-Williamstown) says his House Bill 645 (which was attached to another measure) will improve school safety because homicidal maniacs sometime target gun-free zones.
Yeah, perhaps ol' Munzlinger is right. I'm sure a frat boy with a machine gun in his backpack could have stopped the Virginia Tech killer. Don't ya think?
