More Bill Jakob Capers

In response to this week's feature, "Hornswoggled," RFT is hearing more stories about the fake cop and con man Bill Jakob.
This morning the newspaper received an e-mail from a St. Louis cabbie named Umar Lee, who keeps a prolific blog and has posted an account there of his own run-ins with Jakob. Apparently Lee lived in or frequented Kinloch when Jakob was an un-licensed cop there for a time. Per Lee's blog, Jakob allegedly took up with Lee's underage girlfriend and "roughed up" Lee.
