Final Exit Network Not Dead Yet

The Final Exit Network, the subject of two lawsuits, an FBI investigation and, incidentally, an RFT feature, should, technically, be out of business after a Georgia court froze its assets last March.

But the group has found a way to soldier on.

Writes board member Bob Levine in an e-mail newsletter:
You will be happy to learn that in spite of the assaults from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Phoenix police we are continuing our Exit Guide service with one limitation imposed on us by our attorneys. Although we will still provide the home visits, information and guidance, we cannot be on site when the person determines to hasten his/her death. Also to clarify false claims that we charge for our service we now do not require that those requesting Exit Guide service to be members.

We are also supplying speakers to those affiliates who ask for them as well as for those members who organize a meeting and need a speaker. Arrangements can be made by contacting us at: info@finalexitnetwork.org.
