And as you've likely guessed, Meramec now plans to honor Newton (who took communications classes at the school but did not graduate) by inducting him into the Walk of Fame on September 25.
According to a release from the school, Newton is "one of the fastest rising stars on the motivational speaking circuit." That same media announcement, however, gives scant attention to his time on E!.
