Paul Wynn
Just in time for Christmas: St. Charles County Councilman Paul Wynn last week put forth a proposal to eliminate all community-aid for poor people in his district and the rest of St. Charles.

Suburban Journal columnist Steve Pokin writes that Wynn believes churches and non-profits should be the only entities to help the poor.

Wynn attributes government-aid to the needy as "theft" -- in that the government taxes the wealthy to provide for others.

Yes, Wynn thinks of himself as something of a Robin Hood -- in reverse.
