Vanvlerah won the 79 percent of the vote after being arrested on charges of rape, statutory sodomy, child pornography and incest in an alleged sex crime involving her thirteen-month-old daughter.
According to police, Vanvlerah arranged for Kenneth Kyle of San Francisco to travel to Ballwin to violate the child.
