Ballwin Mother Accused of Sex Crimes Involving Her 13-Month-Old Daughter

​The St. Louis County Police Department has arrested Tessa Vanvlerah on charges of rape, statutory sodomy, child pornography and incest in an alleged sex crime that involves her thirteen-month-old daughter.

The 20-year-old mother, of the 200 block of Solon Drive in Ballwin, allegedly met Kenneth Kyle, 46, of San Francisco, via the Internet, and arranged a sex rendez-vous involving Vanvlerah's daughter.

According to a police spokesman, Kyle "may have traveled" to St. Louis "to contact" Vanvlerah and her daughter.
 
Kyle was also arrested Wednesday by police in San Francisco on charges of rape, child pornography and statutory sodomy.

Vanvlerah is being held at the St. Louis County Jail on a $2-million cash-only bond; Kyle is being held under the same conditions in a California jail.
