Broadway captured 64 percent of the vote after being accused last week of raping a 12-year-old girl he was supposed to be babysitting.
Second place with 21 percent of the vote was Frank Ancona the imperial wizard of the Traditional Knights of the Ku Klux Klan who won a court ruling last week given his group permission to picnic in a Missouri state park.
