Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder Plans Federal Lawsuit to Stop Health Care Reform
But I digress. The purpose of this post is to inform you, dear reader, of our lieutenant governor's plans to file a federal lawsuit to stop federal health care reform. As Kinder (again that's pronounced KIN-der, not KIND-er), tells Van Sustern, he has a "statutory obligation as chief advocate for our state's senior population" to stop federal health care reform.

| Peter Kinder or Star Wars' evil emperor Palpatine? We're not sure. |
He also says that health care reform will cause untold numbers of medical practitioners to quit their profession (strange then, that the American Medical Association supported the federal bill) and horrors of horrors could lead to queues at the doctor's office.
Oh and Kinder call Governor Jay Nixon "arrogant and dismissive" for not helping him in his effort to file his lawsuit.
