The Columbia po-po won nearly 69 percent of the vote after video footage surfaced last week showing the cops shooting two dogs during a raid of an alleged drug dealer's home. Only the guy didn't appear to be a drug dealer, and the dogs were shot in front of his wife and young son.
Second place with 23 percent of the vote was Anthony Pork, the man who pushed a pregnant woman from his vehicle during a high-speed police chase through St. Louis.
