Winfield Cop Busted Buying Cocaine; Claims He Was Replacing Damaged Police Evidence

• He is telling the truth. A dumb thing to do, but not to be crucified for during elections. the prosecutor is up for election. what does that tell you. He has a family that he loves and he loved is job!!!!!!!!!! He is very straight laced.

• Every case he's ever worked is going to go under the microscope and everyone he's ever busted could argue and possible sue.

• What don't they understand about the rights of an arrestee? What if the arrestee didn't have cocaine on him in the first place? And here they are "substituting" evidence, like you can just swap out one piece for another? This common police practice, or at least commonly believed one, was used to OJ's benefit when the mantra went "If the glove don't fit, you must acquit." Well obviously this "glove don't fit" when the cocaine was bought by a policeman to use as evidence. The purpose he wanted to use it for is no defense - it's another offense.

• Bad Cop. No Donut! As the scum cops hold themselves out to be better than We The People they should receive greater sentences too. Alas tis dimwit will get a slap on the hand.

• He said he spilled something on the coke, thats why he had to replace it. A better excuse would have been, he fell face first into it. That way when he test positive he can keep with his story
