• Just to note, Chief Carl Wolf is decidedly anti-gun and anti-concealed carry. He is the police chief who in 2003 issued a memo to his officers instructing them to sieze any firearm they come across which are lawfully possessed for "ballistics testing." The whole point was to harass lawful gun owners because of the concealed carry issue. That was until the threats of lawsuits came flooding in. He was also the same guy who went to Jefferson City and lied to the Senate Transportation Cmte last year about their take from the Red Light Camera scam. That was until Sen. Delbert Scott laid into him and basically said, "if you do not know the revenue, you are not doing your job" after Chief Wolf repeatedly denied he knew. Once the Hon. Senator made a statement to that effect, Chief Wolf sheepishly admitted that they had grossed something like 1.8 million dollars. Until he was called out on it, he was content to lie to the Senators. Unbelievable........
