​A Missouri state representative has become the first ever, two-time winner of Ass Clown of the Week. Congratulations, Matt Bartle!

Bartle (R - Kansas City) first won our weekly contest back in February when he proposed a bill aimed at driving strip clubs out of business in Missouri. He won again this week with 46 percent of the vote after his bill actually passed the Legislature. The bill prohibits dancers from appearing "nude", bans alcohol at clubs, eliminates lap dances and limits operating hours.

Second place with 22 percent of the vote went to Stan Kroenke for his repeated attempts to steal the St. Louis Rams from prospective buyer Shahid Khan.
