Erik Spehn: Tape Drawings: Spehn applies masking tape to his canvases, paints on it and then removes the tape; this discarded tape is then applied to matboard, making faint echoes of the original painting. Ernest Trova: The first posthumous survey of artwork by St. Louis native Ernest Trova, including sculpture, painting and prints spanning Trova's 60-year career. Henry Slavin and Jerry Wilkerson: A joint showing of painter Henry Slavin's You Are Here and pop-artist Jerry Wilkerson's Flowers . Large and Still in Charge: Presented by the Flax Gallery, a concept gallery celebrating women in the arts. All artwork will be by or about women and at least four-feet wide or high. There will be performances by Slightly Askew Theater Ensemble and artists painting live. There will be a two-night opening reception: Friday, June 4, from 7 to 11 p.m. and Saturday, June 5, from 7 to 11 p.m. Starting June 5, Fridays, Saturdays, 12-4 p.m. Continues through June 26, $7.
