Chrum, a cop in rural Winfield was arrested buying cocaine that he said he was going to use to replace police evidence that he ruined after he "spilled something" on the drug.
Chrum earned an impressive 71 percent of the vote. Second place went to the East Carondelet teenager who tried to run over a cop with his pickup truck after police busted a party.
