Chester Johnson: Berkeley Man Stabbed to Death by His Brother, Kentrell Johnson

​Police have identified the man stabbed to death early yesterday morning in the north St. Louis suburb of Berkeley as 33-year-old Chester Johnson.

Authorities responded to Johnson's apartment in the 6700 block of Larry Lane (right) around 1:40 a.m. Tuesday after someone from the residence dialed 911 and then hung up the phone. Johnson's brother, Kentrell Johnson, was arrested on the scene. According to police the siblings had a history of problems.

Kentrell Johnson, 24, was charged yesterday with first-degree murder and armed criminal action.
