Holey Schweitzer!
Gas from a 2,000-psi hydrogen tank ignited yesterday at a University of Missouri research lab, blasting 17 windows out of the building and sending four people to the hospital.

The explosion occurred around 2:15 p.m. on the third floor of Schweitzer Hall. Columbia fire investigators determined the blast to be caused by "human error."

Three of the four people injured from the explosion have since been released from the hospital. The other is in the burn unit in "good" condition.
