Man Found Shot in Both Legs, Covered in Blood on Belleville Sidewalk

Belleville Police stumbled upon a grizzly grisly scene early Thursday morning: a man with gunshot wounds to both of his legs, covered in blood from the waist down.
The man, whose name has not been released, was discovered at 2:55 a.m. yesterday on the 100 block of West C Street.

According to the Belleville News-Democrat, the man was unresponsive when the authorities arrived and he was taken to St. Elizabeth's Hospital.
