Johnson garnered 40 percent of the vote after she was sentenced to a year probation last week for starving her pit bull, tying an electrical cord around its neck and tossing the animal into the trash.
Second place with 30 percent of the vote went to Missouri Congressman Ike Skelton for saying last week that he didn't want to overturn "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" because it could force parents to explain homosexuality to their children.
