Strange Bedfellows: City Counselor and Former Mayoral Spokesman Get Hitched

Deb Peterson, one of Daily RFT's favorite reporters over at the local daily, reports that city counselor Patti Hageman and Mayor Slay's former spokesman Ed Rhode eloped to Sedona, Arizona, last week.
Congratulations, Ed!
Writes Deb: "Hageman's children, Jordan, 8, and Lucy, 5, served as ring bearer and flower girl in an outdoor ceremony along Sedona's beautiful Oak Creek." (Is it elopement if your children come with you?)
Since leaving the mayor's employ last year (after eight-and-a-half years of fielding all our questions), Rhode opened up shop as an independent communications consultant.
