Under a deal Kroenke is said to be ironing out with the NFL, Kroenke would make an initial payment to the current majority owners Chip Rosenbloom and Lucia Rodriguez and make a full payment years down the road.
The St. Louis Business Journal reports today that other league owners are less than pleased with Kroenke's proposal. Owners will meet again August 25 when they're expected to make a decision about Kroenke's bid for ownership of the team.
