• This person might needs mental help because she attempted suicide, not because she is transgendered. There are many stable healthy transgendered people in this world, and it is a struggle to transistion. IF she is guilty which is not proven here she should be held responsible, but her Gender-bending is not a crime.

• It is amazing how many people stick up for this dirtbag. I was trying to watch a performance at the most recent Japanese Festival (I paid 20 bucks to get in) and this jerk was dancing there. It was near impossible for the performers to ignore him and the audiences' attention was all on him. If I went to a play at the Fox and started doing my own play in my seat, I'd be thrown out! Yet this GUY goes anywhere he wants just to wreck the event. I hope he rots in jail for a while even if he is innocent. This is America and all, but he should have more respect for people who have PRACTICED for their performance. • Thought I�d share RFT The First time I ever saw David Susan Stone was in a Wal-Mart In Sparta Illinois. At that point he of course wasn't the Pink wearing Character then, but a different one. I noticed him, as he acted strangely, and he indeed had on a Pentagram/Leather rope necklace, which caught my eye over his dingy white T-Shirt. It wasn't until we went across the street to Aldi, we saw the Early 70s (Like 1972) Orange Dodge Charger (Which Many people in the area remember)adorned with Pentagram Stickers, Skulls etc. in the windows, as well as Baby Dolls each hanging by a noose from the clothes hook. The Gold and black postbox letters spelling out "Satan Machine" and "Mad Man Dave" on the rear of the car, as well as some stuffed animal on the hood where a hood scoop would be (Yes I'm a car guy and thought it ridiculous!) And thought how strange it was when the same guy we saw at Wal-Mart was driving it! During many trips through Lenzburg IL we would see his Car, and then him in Fairview Heights Etc. And knew from others he had been arrested for being a thief from many retail stores, did "things" and harassed a Nursing Home in Mascoutah IL etc. etc... Imagine our Surprise when we saw him as Susan at various events in St. Louis then in Wal-Mart again, and we looked Susan Stone Dance of life Dancer only to find out that Susan was previously Mad Man Dave...But Some things never change and he is still a thief and a menace who as you may notice, always looks to the left, then to the right as if he's getting away with something, and ensuring "The Coast is Clear" Plain and Simple, he's duped and harassed a lot of people, and cost people (Not to mention Taxpayers) a lot of money. Crazy? Yes! ,Almost Cartoonish! but responsible for his actions?...Absolutely! He should especially be kept away from older unsuspecting adults and children, as he is not to be trusted. I know others know about Mad Man Susan/Dave also!

• I've seen her at several outdoor events when she chased off other people with the same right to be there (including children) because they happened to be too close to the 'stage' she'd roped off for herself, or between her 'stage' and the audience. They're upset with the moniker of "drag queen." Also, where in the story does it say that this person is a transgendered man or woman? It doesn't, so any gender references are moot and should be made on the assumption that this person is not transgendered in order to maintain factual accuracy. For all any of you know, David L. Stone may identify himself as a man and dress in female clothing and act feminine simply for the entertainment value. What does that make him? A drag queen, you got it. Please stop impressing your own sensitivities on the rest of society at large. When you whine and cry "foul" all the time, it makes the remainder of society less receptive to your needs. They way to achieve a state of understanding is through personal interaction and teaching. This story was, in no way, media sensationalism. The responses, on the other hand, bear a striking resemblance.

• would an article say "heterosexual man who enjoys fishing and hunting slashed tires"? no. the crime is wrong, but i don't understand why sexuality needs to be brought into it. also, most trans individuals prefer to be addressed by the pronouns that correspond with their chosen name. human beings deserve that basic amount of respect.

Transexual is not the same as Drag Queen with your title "Drag Queen arrested for slashing tires" and often transgendered people don't want to be outed as such.
