In what is becoming something of tired trend in St. Louis, another cross-dressing robber hit up an area bank Saturday.

St. Louis County police report that the man (photographed to the right) walked into the Vantage Credit Union at 4545 Lemay Ferry Road around 10 a.m. October 2 and displayed a gun. The suspect -- dressed in a wig and a woman's jacket and purse -- then ran from the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash. A black, late-'80s Chevrolet Suburban was seen leaving the area at a high-rate of speed, though it's unclear whether it is connected to the robbery.

Officials are asking anyone with information on the heist to contact the Fashion Police or, better yet, Crimestoppers at 866-371-TIPS.
