Kinder: Tweets gone wild.
As you may be aware, the NAACP came out this week with a report connecting the Tea Party to fringe racist movements.

As you can imagine, the Tea Party rejects the racist allegations. And now, one of Missouri's biggest Tea Party cheerleaders, Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder, is turning the tables.

In Twitter comments fired off this week, Kinder suggests that the bigger racist outfit in America is National Public Radio. Kinder's twitterhea follows NPR's firing of black news commentator Juan Williams over comments he made to Fox News' Bill O'Reilly, saying he gets "nervous" when flying on a plane with Muslims.

Kinder's tweets (or rather re-tweets):

Of course, Kinder isn't the only one making political hay over Williams' firing. Yesterday, Fox News hired Williams to the tune of $2 million a year. Immediately, the former NPR star was on Rupert Murdoch's cable network blasting public funding for NPR.
