Ass Clown of the Week: Dicks, Debt Collectors, Grandmas and Deadly Ministers

​It's that time of the week. Time to vote for the local yokel whose words or actions you found to be most idiotic and/or despicable this week.

And the nominees...

1. The Feds: A brain-trust comprising DEA agents, highway patrol officers and U.S. attorneys this week sued to seize and shut down a Missouri campground and musical venue after discovering that people attending concerts at the site were (shocking!) using and selling drugs.

2. Debt collector: An employee of a California-based collection agency was accused this week of threatening and harassing a Belleville mother who can't pay for her daughter's funeral. Among the comments the debt collector is alleged to have made to the mother: "Are you going to pay this bill or not, or am I going to have to kill you?"

3. Patty Bigbee: Speaking of mothers, this one is a doozie. Two years ago Patty Bigbee won a million dollars playing the Missouri lottery. After blowing through all the winnings she's now broke and living in Florida where authorities say she tried to sell her grandson last week. The intended buyer was one of Bigbee's daughters -- who also had been sold by Bigbee three decades earlier. 

4. David K. Love: The Missouri minister accused of murdering a former member of his church and -- where it gets truly bizarre -- reportedly presiding over the victim's funeral.
