Joe Brown: St. Louis Homicide No. 115; Killed on Magnolia in South City

St. Louis police have identified the 21-year-old man found dead last night in the 3100 block of Magnolia (below) in south St. Louis.
Joe L. Brown, of the 900 block of Bates, was in the neighborhood around 11 p.m. last night when he was shot in the head by an unknown assailant. Brown was found outside an apartment building on Magnolia and declared dead on the scene. An investigation is ongoing.
