Michael Sutton: St. Louis Homicide No. 129; Shot in Car in North City

Two men were shot, one fatally, inside a car Saturday evening just inside the St. Louis city limits with Pine Lawn. The shooting occurred around 5:20 p.m. in the 6000 block of Margaretta (below).
According to St. Louis police, Michael Deandre Sutton, 36, of the 800 block of Loyola Avenue in Florissant, was shot in the head and pronounced dead on the scene. Another victim was shot in the face and is in critical condition. Witnesses described seeing a black car -- possibly a Ford Fusion -- leaving the scene with two black men and two white women.
