I would imagine the Albert Pujols contract situation will dominate the conversation, since it is the big story as those of us here in Cardinal Country gear up for the Redbirds to head into spring training. In fact, not only is is the biggest story, it's really kind of the only story. Sure, there's plenty of other stuff going on with the team, but when you have a situation like the Cards have right now, with the face of the franchise and best player the team has seen since the 40s is potentially on his way out the door (or at least headed for free agency), it pretty much casts a long, dark shadow over everything else.
