St. Charles County Council Bans New Forms of Synthetic Marijuana and Cocaine

K3.jpg
K3 is one of the synthetic marijuanas that replaced the previously banned K2.
St. Charles County last night became one more region of Missouri that won't wait for Jefferson City to pass a statewide ban on the sale of new forms of synthetic cocaine and marijuana.

By a unanimous vote yesterday, council members voted to prohibit the sale in St. Charles County of fake cocaine (often marketed as "bath salts") and new types of fake marijuana. Thirteen months ago the county became one of the first places in the state to ban the sale of the fake marijuana known as K2. Since then new variations of the synthetic pot have made their way onto the market that are technically legal to sell.

The ordinance takes place immediately. Shop owners have 30 days to comply with the law before facing the possibility of prosecution.

I know they are trying to close any loopholes that current k2 incense manufacturers are trying to get around but my friends still buy k2 incense from places that still claim to offer legal everywhere k2 herb blends like http://www.buyk2.com As long as marijuana is prohibited there is going to be a niche for marijuana alternatives.

Whether you want to improve your mood, do some daily meditation, or simply smell something pleasant-you can achieve those goals by using herbal incense. And in today's Do-It-Yourself world, more and more people are choosing to make their own herbal incense. While this option can save you a small fortune, it's important to take the right steps. Here are some helpful tips for having the most success when making your own herbal incense:

Use the right tools to pulverize the herbsThe best option is a mortar and pestle. This will help to crush the herbs, while allowing them to maintain their aromatic properties. Ultimately, it will help to maximize the effectiveness of the herbs as incense. On the other hand, you should definitely avoid using tools such as electric coffee grinders. The ultra-fast speed creates heat that causes the herbs to lose some of their aromas. Save those grinders for woods and of course-coffee.

An interesting fact about the Chill Herbal Smoking Blend is that it is labeled as NOT FIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. It is classified and sold as incense. The warning itself should have you thinking about safety of its use.

Not really.  They had to market it with that warning clause.  It excused them from it being for humans for a bit.  So they would not get messed with.  Has nothing to do with the safety of the drug.

Providing there are age restrictions, what makes whatever someone decides to put into their body any of your business? It's funny how people go on an on about the government taking away our rights, and then they turn around and support bans on marijuana and even this K2 herb stuff. Grow up and get real. Products like K2 incense are a result of the complete and utter failure that is Prohibition. These bans have been issued for at least the past year and it looks like they've done no good at all because places like, http://www.buyk2incense.com / to this day have products that are legal in all of the United States.

The next few things St. Charles County Joe Brazel and the Sheriff are planning to ban are; Spray Paint, Whip Cream (Spray Cans) Glue, Gasoline, Alcohol, Nutmeg, Energy Drinks, Sodas with high caffeine & tobacco.

The county says these items are not subtitle for kids and can cause irregular rapid or irregular heart beats, hyper activity, ect. Some are known to cause cancer, brain tumors.

The county says if they do not ban the above products soon, the county will most likely see an increase in crimes and deaths.

They have been trying to ban this k2 incense stuff for at least a year and the effort is an utter failure, surprise surprise! Herbal incense itself isn't being banned. Select chemicals that have been found in some of the products are being banned. So all that is happening is the manufacturers of K2 herb products are tweaking the formula to keep their product legal. There are loads of places still offering legal k2 smoke products, like http://www.k2incenseblend.com I say put age restrictions on it and regulate it, otherwise we're just dumping more time and money, that we don't have, into a failed prohibition.

They can ban all of the fake stuff that they want, it's not like there isn't plenty of the real weed and blow to satisfy the masses.
