K2, Bath Salts Wholesaler Sues Missouri Over Laws Making Drugs Illegal

My wife of 14 years has used this shit for one year and now she has bran damage from it . looks like ill have to leave her as she is not her no more . she has lost her mind    

Bath salts are very dangerous. Wow... $7.50? This guy is nothing but a loser. Wonder how many lives he would be willing to help put in jeopardy for $10.00 per unit. Shame on this IDIOT!

It appears that the k2 incense folks were switching out ingredients in their k2 herb blends once a specific ingredient was indeed banned. Lawmakers are now closing that loophole, but I'm sure this won't be the end of synthetic marijuana products. Even now, places like http://www.k2incenseblend.com have legal everywhere products. For as long as marijuana is prohibited, there will be a demand for a legal alternative.

By his statement alone, "I don't do drugs" shows he is fully aware this is used as a drug and not for anything else so don't insult our intellegence by trying to clump your product with gasoline, cooking sprays, glues or spray paints.  Yes, they do get abused by some idiots but overall they do have a purposeful use and not made specifically do be bought and used as a drug.  Look at the yearly statisics of deaths by any of those other products in just one state and then combine them and they won't come close to the amount of deaths that have resulted from his product.   And by the by, 29 states have already banned this drug and 10 more not including Missouri are in the process of making it an illegal product.  I only can hope that now taht you've given people a name and face to who sells these products knowingly, will band together and sue you for every dime you've managed to make off of the death of their loved ones.

Another advantage to incense is that it provides a much quicker effect than other air freshening methods, primarily because it is burnt, and smoke, by it's nature, tend to linger in the air much longer than a liquid air freshener. You needn't be concerned about your health being affected by the smoke, it's no more dangerous that barbecuing.

It's about time someone stands up to the crazed pubic, just because a few mentally challenged individuals do something stupid while using the bath salts they instantly start discussing how its so bad and ruining the youth. Yeah just like rock music ruined my generation. People need to stop looking for an easy escape goat for societies problems and start looking into what the root problems are. Because I guarantee gambling and drinking are responsible for many more deaths than bath salts. The funny part about all of it is that he says his products are all natural. I know first hand that he's full of crap. His products are being used how he intended them, just go visit him. He's constantly 'taking a bath'. Infact his XXL-2 recipe can be found online, not so natural huh Rodger?

The suit is filed in such a manner that he has some type of legal knowledge. It reminds me of the days when I worked in law libraries while being incarcerated. I filed many briefs Pro Se. All I can say is good luck fighting the government!

The fact of the matter here is if a person is using a legal substance to get high, it then becomes illegal in that case. So yes cooking spray, gas, and paint all could be illegal if not used properly and getting "high" is not properly using them. Mr Seratt, if people would use your substance as it is intended, you would not be making any money at all. I am sorry I don't know this, but if these "Bath Salts" are not for human consumption, what is the intended use? Please don't insult us and say it's for bathing.

Ban it, someone will make something else to be banned.  This is a common theme with prohibition.

His lawsuit might even have a shot at getting the current law struck down.  However all they have to do is write another law with more specific wording.  All this shit is going to get banned eventually, but if he can delay it than he can profit off it.
