That mean there are 30th day until absentee ballot are throw out someone need to take it to the board and have them look at all the absentee ballot. Lets started with her so called Democrat mother. If she(Penny Hubbard State Rep) tell the people in the 5th Ward that she is such a Democrat why was she backing the GOP(Republican party) redistricting bill pass. Her father Rodney Hubbard, who is executive director of a not-for-profit organization that owns a 2.5 % share in developer Paul McKee North St. Louis development company(so we know who gone call the McKee plans not the new 5th Ward alder-woman Tammika but her father Rodney). And we cant forget about Rodney Hubbard him and and his treasurer Joy Camp was fined more than $350,000 for their roles in violating multiple campaign finance laws related to Hubbard’s failed 2008 race for Senate. Only 10% of the Ward voted it is sad to see this family keep this Ward form being what it could be any body would have been better Mrs. Green or Mrs.Finley(who I have seen and school give aways and holiday party) I hope well cause she only hold the seat for a yr and the people of the 5ward will see the real Tammika
