Gergory Littlejohn of Waterloo is on History Channel's Top Shot and can hurt people just by staring at them.
Before we introduce you to Gregory Littlejohn, who's from Waterloo, Illinois and looks terrifying, we should explain what the History Channel's "Top Shot" is.

It's a reality show, for those whose reality consists of:
navigating back alleys, rappelling down buildings and hitting moving targets from a speeding World War II-style motorcycle sidecar.
Wow. So like using handguns and stuff? Oh you're adorable! Try again:
This year's arsenal features an M32A1 grenade launcher, a massive 1898 cannon from the Spanish-American War, a semiautomatic FS2000 bullpup rifle and a 1919 vehicle-mounted Browning machine gun.
Gulp. Let's bring in our local guy who's made it on the show.

According to the show's website, Gregory Littlejohn is not little at all. He's a 6'5" federal police officer who was in the Air Force for nine years. Other deets:
He served three years in the Air Force Security Forces and six years as a weapons instructor, and is a veteran of both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Shooting competitively with the Air Force, he served on two separate teams and was the World Champion Grenadier in 2003. In an IPSC competition, he placed second in the open class with a 9mm Beretta. This father of two young children was taught to shoot by his own dad. Greg is intimidating in stature but endearing in person--a giant of a man with outsized skills to match.
Endearing in person? We'll take your word for it and stay clear and very camouflaged.

The Title "Federal Law Enforcement Officer" sounds very impressive and cool and all, but also very misleading to the average History Channel "Top Shots" viewer.

Police officers, criminal investigators, and game law enforcement officers (game wardens) of the Department of Defense DO NOT have the authority to execute warrants, make arrests, and carry firearms outside the Federal property where they work.  They cannot legally carry a personally-owned "off-duty" firearm without a Concealed Weapon Carry permit issued by the state in which they work.  In short, Dept. of Defense Police Officers have ZERO Title 18 arrest authority, (nor amend. Title 10).  Outside the federal property where they work, they are just a regular "joe shmuck" with ZERO arrest authority (VA Hospital Police, no different).  Nice try Littlejohn, not impressed.....

GLnotrealcop if you had clue you would realize what you just wrote it totally wrong. Myself as a federal law enforcement officer has title 18 arrest authority, can serve warrants, make arrests and carry any weapon off-duty without a conceal carry permit under the (LEOSA) Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act since 2004.

Looks terrifying?! Still looks like Greg to me. Not intimidating but approachable, caring, funny, & skillful. Thank God he's on our team!

Hello everyone, thanks for your support.  This was an opportunity of a life time, it was one hell of a ride.  Watch Feb 14 at 9c to cheer for your favorite contestant even though I wouldn't mind a little bit of home town support. For those supporters out there I will be having a viewing party for the premier at the Blarney Stone off of telegraph in South County.

I've been friends with Greg since grade school. The man is an intelligetn muscle bound teddy bear that would give you his shirt off his back to help a stranger. He served this country with pride and HUMILITY while in the Air Force and, unlike some, didn't go into the military on a childish quest for glory and prestige. Jumpinjezebel: maybe you shoudl try thanking decent people, such as Greg, for the time and effort that they have given protecting their country. Without intelligent and compassionate people like Greg you wouldn't have the time in the day to waste 5 minutes of your life reading an article on the internet and then slandering a good person.

Jumpinjezebel thanks for your post, all comments are welcome even ones slandering myself, fellow competitors and law enforcement.  That's what is so wonderful about this country is our freedom.  Watch the show you may be surprised to find out what kind of people are on Season 4.  It's not all "tin badge, penis envy gun nuts" who knows you might find someone to root for.  Once again thank you and I hope you enjoy the show.
