Eugene Hoey: St. Louis Homicide No. 19; Shot After Argument

​Eugene Hoey, 25, was shot dead last night in the 4500 block of Adelaide Avenue by an unknown assailant. Police report that Hoey was walking down the street when another man approached him, and the two began arguing. Hoey was shot once in the head, and died at the scene.

Police have no suspects at this time. The investigation continues.
