Leo Slay Arrested at Casino on Heroin Possession Charges

Leo Slay
Leo Slay, one of Mayor Francis Slay's younger brothers, was arrested at the River City Casino Sunday afternoon. Police were called to the casino following reports of several hit-and-runs in the parking lot. Slay was identified as a potential suspect and was detained, at which point police searched him and found what they suspect is heroin.


Leo Slay is listed by the state as being on probation currently for felony possession of a controlled substance. Mayor Slay has issued no statement on the matter.
