Two Injured in Separate North St. Louis Shootings

Two men were injured last night in separate shootings in North St. Louis. In the first, an unidentified 18-year-old black man told police a dark colored vehicle drove by and shot him in the leg at 10 p.m. The attack took place at 4240 East Kossuth Avenue in the Fairground Park neighborhood. The victim was taken to the hospital, where he's in serious condition. No suspects have been identified.

The second shooting occurred at 11:15 p.m. in the 1900 block of Warren Street in St. Louis Place. A 31-year-old black man was sitting outside when a silver Ford F150 drove by and fired multiple shots, hitting him in the back and leg. He's now in the hospital in critical condition.

Both investigations are ongoing.
