St. Louis County prosecutors have charged Davionte M. Williams, 18, for his involvement in the murder of Imo's delivery driver Daniil Maksimenko. Maksimenko, 22, was killed May 19 while delivering a pizza to a home in the 2200 block of Erick Avenue. He was ambushed before he even got out of his car; only the pizza was taken after he had been shot.

Williams has been charged with second-degree murder, first-degree robbery and two counts of armed criminal action. He's being held on a $250,000 cash-only bond. Chester Romelle Woods, 20, and Shermell A. Crocket, 20, have also been charged with second-degree murder in the case. None of the trio have yet been publicly identified as the person who pulled the trigger. Police are not seeking any more suspects in the murder.
