Three Shootings In the City Monday Night

Three people are hospitalized this morning after being shot in three separate incidents last night. In the earliest incident, an 18-year-old black man was walking at 13th Street and Cass Avenue in the edge of the Columbus Square neighborhood at 6:25 p.m. when he heard gunshots and took off running. He was hit once in the foot, and is in stable condition at the hospital. He refuses to tell police who was with when the shooting occurred.

At 11:50 p.m., a 21-year-old black man was walking in the 4800 block of Hammett Place in the Kingsway East neighborhood. A black male about 5'11" and wearing black clothing approached and shot him multiple times in the stomach and hip. He's in critical condition.

In the third incident, a 21-year-old black man was walking in the 3900 block of Greer Avenue in the Greater Ville neighborhood at 12:30 a.m. when he heard gunfire. He reached Vandeventer Avenue and encountered a driver holding a gun out the window, at which point he was shot in thigh. He couldn't provide a description of the shooter or the vehicle. The police could not locate a crime scene, either.

Police continue to investigate all three shootings.

They be shootin' up Thug Heights on the north side again. Reading this stuff is daily entertainment. Oh, before you all go chastizin' Kitty for making light of this, I do feel sorry for victims of gun crimes. HOWEVER, two of the dumb fuck victims in this article help perpetuate ongoing violence by refusing to cooperate with the cops. The first one refuses to talk and the third one suddenly become anmesic and blind. He saw the car and the shooter but doesn't remember anything. He be dumb! They both be stupid. And us innocent citizens are still in danger because the shooters are still on the loose, guns loaded, and lookin' for their next victims.
