Aniya Cook: St. Louis Homicide No. 75; Died from Shooting Injuries

Friday evening Aniya Cook, 18, succumbed to injuries sustained when she was shot on Tuesday in the 5100 block of Highland Avenue in the Kingsway West neighborhood. A 19-year-old man who was with Cook at the time of the attack told police that a man burst out of a gangway and started firing, hitting Cook in the face. Police do not have a suspect in custody at this time.
