UPDATED: Two Ferguson Women Found Dead in Apartment, Baby Still Alive

Police say two women in their 20s were found shot to death in an apartment in the Oakmont Townhomes Complex in the 1600 block of Northwinds Drive. [UPDATE 12:17 p.m.: Police have identified the victims as Tasheerra Johnson, 29, and Claudia Williams, 30. The murders have been characterized by police as "not random," but no information has been released concerning a motive or possible suspect or suspects.] Relatives of one of the women found their bodies when they came to check on them at 6 a.m. this morning. No names have been released at this point.

A baby was also found in the apartment, alive and unharmed. A 2006 white Pontiac Grand Am with Missouri license plate WD4 F1U that belonged to one of the victims is missing. Police continue to investigate the double homicide.
