Megan's friends and family said there is absolutely no way she would have known or been acquainted with the shooter. That may or may not be true. So the shooter was a black man in his mid-20's, thin with short hair. Well, that certainly narrows down the list of prospective suspects, doesn't it? That vague description fits 40,000+ young black males in St. Louis, and if the cops have nothing else to go on, the shooter will likely never be caught. RIP Megan.
