O'Malley's Irish Pub on Antique Row was the target of a robbery Monday night
Last night, around the time O'Malley's Irish Pub on Antique Row closed at 1:30 am, the 40-year-old owner was outside sweeping the sidewalk.

Police say a gray four-door sedan drove up. Two young men got out, described as black males in their early twenties.

One had a ski mask and pointed a black handgun at the owner.

The owner hit him on the arm with a broom, so the suspect fired a shot at him (but missed). He demanded money.

The owner said he had no money.

The two suspects got back into the car and fled south on Lemp Avenue. No one was injured.
